ELEVATED AWAKENINGS POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

At Elevated Awakenings, we are committed to delivering our very best to enhance your experience with us. Our policies are designed with your well-being in mind, helping us create a space where your needs come first. We warmly welcome you and look forward to providing exceptional service as we strive to become your go-to day spa in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Appointment Scheduling Policy

Clients must schedule appointments in advance.

  • Cancellation Notice: Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.
  • Appointment Reminders: Reminders are sent 24 hours before the appointment via email or SMS. Clients should confirm their appointments upon receiving the reminder.

Treatment Consultation and Consent Policy

  • Consultation: Prior to receiving any spa treatment, clients must undergo a consultation to assess their needs and expectations.
  • Consent: Clients must sign a consent form agreeing to the treatment and acknowledging any risks or side effects.

Cancellation Policy

The time you schedule is reserved for your exclusive use. When appointments are missed or canceled without sufficient notice, we are often unable to fill the vacancy, causing substantial financial impact to our staff and the business.

  • 48 Hours’ Notice: Required for all cancellations or reschedules.
  • Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice: Will result in a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled services.
  • Less Than 2 Hours’ Notice or Missed Appointments: Will result in a charge equal to 100% of the scheduled services.

If you are unable to commit to appointments in advance, we recommend calling the spa at (513) 580-1230 and asking to be placed on our Wait List. Should an opening in our schedule occur, you’ll receive a text notification and will have the opportunity to reserve that time for yourself.
